This has been a very special time for us. A time of preparation. We don't mind waiting because we know that God has it all planned out already. With each month, we grow closer with God, closer to each other, and we're more prepared for the next chapter of our life. Don't get me wrong... it's not like I'm wanting to wait forever. But I know we won't. The timing will be perfect.
We have been so overwhelmed with the support of our family members and friends during this season of waiting! It's a very exciting time. We can hardly wait to share the story with you as it unfolds...

we also are thinking about your baby every day! you aren't waiting alone. i know this is an important time of growth and faith-building for your family, and you will look back and be so glad you had this foundational time. but i know we're all ready to see you guys move on to the next stage, too :-). cant wait!
Well said! We're so happy to hear all about your journey. Waiting is hard, whether it's an undetermined time for adoption or 9 months for pregnancy. But we're very excited for you! Enjoy this time of preparation and just look at it as a chance to catch up on date nights and reading baby books. :)
