Yes. We love to cook! It's very special to have a shared hobby... making yummy food! My habit is that I always like trying new recipes. When we really like one, we don't always remember to repeat. Here are a few things that turned out really well over the past few months. More to come...
We both love tamales. Here is a pic of our first attempt to make them at home. It was actually pretty simple. These are Saffron Chicken and Sausage Tamales with Cilantro Cream. Wow!
I can't find the recipe for this one. (surprise, surprise) but the honey wheat pizza crust had thinly sliced apples and goat cheese. Once it came out of the oven we added arugula with roasted pecans and a citrus vinagrette.
These Thai Beef Cabbage Cups had a nice balance of sweet and spicy elements. It was simple and very fresh tasting!
