As most of you know, when we purchased our house in 2007, we knew that lots would need to be done to the landscaping (or lack there of). Our house came complete with dead mums at the front porch, a side yard with weeds and sea grass (6-8 feet tall), and highly eroded land. For over four years, we've been chipping away at the work. We enjoy landscaping. We've been learning as we go, but we're really starting to enjoy the fruits of our labor.
I wanted to pull this blog together as a quick snapshot of BEFORE and AFTER, so that you can see how far we have come. Be prepared... it's pretty dramatic!

Our land was so eroded that we had to have a company kill everything in our front yard, bring in dirt, core aerate our entire lawn to smooth out our land, and then plant grass. It was so worth it! Greenthumb Nursery did a fantastic job! We've already been working hard to maintain it too.

That is SO dramatic!!! Bravo!!!! Our new house is going to need work like that in the backyard...how about coming to help us with ours!
