We waited 3 weeks to give Isaac his first real bath. It seemed like his umbilical cord stump would never fall off. Seriously! We were so excited to see his cute little belly button and to give him a bath.

We were amazed that Isaac seemed to like the water. He didn't cry until we were in the process of getting him out of the water. Wow! Way to go little man!
He was so cute when we wrapped him up in his little giraffe towel that we got from Jes' parents!
I guess we left his hair wrapped up in the towel for too long because when we removed it... wow, curly hair!!! So cute, and we could not tame it. We love the curls!
Today before church we had to re-wet it just to try to calm it down!
We were so glad that he liked getting a bath. Obviously it won't always be this easy to clean him up, but we'll enjoy it while we can! After being fed, bathed, and swaddled, he was fast asleep!
